These KML files are viewable using free software that can be downloaded from Google Earth. Note that you should save the .kml file to your local computer first. (Right-click -> Save Link/Target as... and then save the .kml file somewhere where you can find it again. You can then open (double-click on) the saved .kml and it should launch Google Earth.)
