Sample Preparation Facilities
Types of analyses:
The NREL maintains space, glassware, and other equipment for a wide range of water/gas/soil/plant/microbial/etc preparation and analyses (click rountine laboratory analysis to examine methods)
Equipment:
The lab has a range of traditional prep equipment such as sieves, balances, shakers, centrifuges, grinders, ovens, furnaces, and incubators (click sample preparation equipment for details).
Use:
Lab space is heavily used by NREL Principal Investigators, but the facilties are available for use by scientists outside or NREL at well.
