Prospective Students

Highly motivated outstanding students and post-doctoral fellows with interest in soil ecology and biogeochemistry, wishing to pursue a graduate degree or a post-doctoral experience within my group are welcome to contact me.

Students under my supervision may earn their degree through the Graduate Degree Program in Ecology (GDPE) or through the Department of Soil and Crop Sciences.

New students will join an established research program in soil isotope ecology and biogeochemistry.  Students enrolled in this program will integrate the latest science into real-world decision-making and public policy, with the ultimate goal of managing our planet’s natural resources upon which all life depends sustainably into the future.

Positions in my lab provides excellent scope for cutting-edge research and publications.

I especially encourage enquires from groups that have been historically underrepresented in natural resource disciplines: African American, American Indian, Alaskan Native, Hispanic, Native Pacific Islander and Asian American.
