Michael Falkowski - Biography
I received a B.S. degree in geography and geology from the University of Wisconsin, Stevens Point, WI, USA, in 2000, and a M.S. degree in forestry and a Ph.D. degree in natural resources from the University of Idaho, Moscow, ID, USA, in 2005 and 2008, respectively. I’ve held faculty appointments with Michigan Technological University, Houghton, MI, USA, the University of Minnesota at St. Paul, St. Paul, MN, USA, and Colorado State University, Fort Collins, CO, USA, where I’m currently an Associate Professor of Remote Sensing with the Department of Ecosystem Science and Sustainability and a research scientist in the Natural Resource Ecology Laboratory.
