Prospective Students

The Aldridge research lab is currently fairly full, with 4 PhD Students, 1 MS Student, 2 Research Associates, 3 Postdoctoral Research Scientists, and several cooperating investigators.  I don’t have any new research projects and funding available to take on additional students at this time, but we do anticipate that new opportunities will arise.  It is my policy to only accept students with identified funding support for the majority of their graduate program.  Thus, exceptional  students that may qualify for graduate fellowships from NSF, the NPS, or other agencies, are strongly encouraged to apply to those programs for funding support.

If you are interested in working in my lab, I request that you send me a cover letter describing your academic background, research experiences, and your current research interests. Describe some possible questions that you would like to pursue as a graduate student, and tell me why you want to attend graduate school at CSU.  Please include a copy of your CV or resume (including GRE scores and GPA), and names and contact information for three references.

Thank you for your interest in my lab, and I wish you the best of luck pursuing graduate career.
